Registration on the stock agency 123RF is quite simple, but at the same time, there are certain nuances that should be mentioned. Especially since when I registered on the microstock 123RF, I had some questions during the process. After browsing websites about stock agencies and microstocks that offer search results for the query “Registration on 123RF“, I found that almost all sites with the required information had outdated content. Therefore, I decided to write this article for all beginner microstockers who might be interested in the stock agency 123RF.
So, let’s go through the registration process. Please note that at 123RF, buyers and microstockers are categorized as Designers (buyers) and Photographers (microstockers – photographers and designers). This is important to remember during the registration process on the microstock. Although I will mention this at the appropriate time.
Now, click the link to the stock agency’s website at 123rf.com or click on the 123RF banner (on the page to the right).
At the very top of the opened page of the stock agency, you need to click on the word “Register“.

After navigating to the next page, we will see the registration form for the microstock 123RF. You must fill out the form in Latin letters (English letters). Don’t forget about this!

Username – enter your username for your 123RF account

Email address – here you specify your email address

First Name – enter your first name, without a patronymic

Last Name – last name

Country – you need to select your country of residence from the dropdown list

Next, you need to agree to or decline certain options of the stock agency:
– Sign Up for newsletter – subscribe to the stock agency’s newsletter. At your discretion.
– I have read and agreed to Privacy Policy and Terms of Use – you must check this box to indicate that you have read the stock agency’s Terms and Conditions and agree with everything stated there. To register on the stock agency 123RF, this field must be checked.
– Sign-up as 123rf photographer/contributor – you also need to check this box if you plan to sell your works through the stock agency 123RF.

As soon as you check the last option, an additional section will open where you can enter your address and additional information regarding withdrawals.

Company Name – optional field, no need to fill out

Street – here you need to enter the street name, your house number, and apartment number

City – in this field, specify the city you live in

State – enter your state or region (if you live in a regional center, simply repeat the city name)

Zip/Postal code – here you enter your postal code

Phone No – enter your contact phone number in international format

How did you hear about us? here select Other and in the Other details field write: from photographer marketolya

How we pay you? – here you indicate the method for withdrawing your earnings from the microstock 123RF by selecting from the dropdown list. For example, Moneybookers.

In the next field, specify the email address (username) with which you registered in the corresponding payment system.

Preferred payment limit – here, select the amount from the dropdown list at which an automatic payout from 123RF will occur. For the Moneybookers payment system, the minimum payout amount should be no less than $100.

Next, there are two checkbox options. You must check these boxes if they are not checked by default. This way, you consent to:

Notify me whenever my images are reviewed – receiving notifications from the stock agency 123RF each time a photo or illustration is approved.

Include my portfolio under the Extended License sale terms – including your portfolio in sales under the Extended License.

Next, you need to enter the letters and numbers, the so-called anti-spam code, as shown in the picture and click the “Register Now” button.

Shortly after, you will receive an email at the address provided in the form with your password to access your account. This email will also contain links to upload an examination set of ten works and a scanned copy of your international passport.

By the way, you can change the password sent to you after completing registration at the stock agency 123RF to something more user-friendly in the My Account – Personal Information section.
