We believe in the power of creativity. Not just in the sense of making things beautiful. We’re talking about changes in thinking, feeling, perceiving the world, and creating. We see this every day in the works created by our community of authors and designers. But now we want to take this creativity to the next level.
Welcome to the new resource Feast from iStockphoto.
Feast was created to be a place where the creative stock community can learn, participate in discussions, and share experiences. And we’re not just talking about exchanging beautiful samples of posters and icons.
We’re talking about the kind of creativity that can change the world (yes, that big world!). That’s why everything we discuss this year at Feast revolves around the theme of creating a better world.
Here’s a mini-version of what you can expect from Feast:
- A new theme each month that will be the center of creative discussion. Anything from food and data visualization to more traditional creative topics like interactive design, typography, and videography.
- A monthly “Artist in the Studio” competition that will set a “Brief” or name protégés wishing to gain exclusive participation and $1,000 for sharing their progress with the Feast community.
- Articles, ideas, and content to help change the world through creativity.
- Top IQ and new trends to be discussed by the time you return to the site.
We believe that creative people from any field can use Feast to learn from the experiences of industry leaders, their ups and downs, to enhance their personal talent and creativity capable of changing the world. And we hope that observing the exchange of ideas between authors and just creative people will inspire you to do the same.
