Increase in royalties for footage sales on Shutterstock

The Shutterstock microstock team is excited to announce to all contributors an incredible increase in royalties for all stock video sales (footage) that will take place this December.
We are raising our footage prices to attract collaborators to Shutterstock who create the best stock video footage.
Additionally, we are moving away from a payment structure that combines a percentage model (30%) and fixed payments ($2.50, $8.00, $13.25) to a consistent percentage-based model (30%) for all royalties.
When combined with the price increase, this means that royalties for video creators will substantially rise. Now you can earn on Shutterstock up to $23.70 per download of a single HD video clip!
Moreover, we have increased our marketing expenditures to attract more buyers to your fantastic video works.
By the way, do you have a collection of footage consisting of more than 500 video works? We are ready to help you list them for sale through our popular stock! Just write to us at 500clips@shutterstock.com.
As always, if you have any questions, you can write to us at footage@shutterstock.com.
Sincerely, The Shutterstock Footage Team
I received this message from The Shutterstock Footage recently via email and think it will be interesting and encouraging for all footage creators.
