Skrill Changes Fees and Rates

A small informational message for all users of the Skrill payment system. On September 12, the system sent out a notification regarding upcoming changes to Skrill’s fees, which will increase.
The new fee schedule of the former Moneybookers is as follows:
As we can see, the main changes concern the fees for withdrawing money from the system and for internal transfers. Let me remind you that the current fee for withdrawing money is 1.9 euros, while the maximum fee for internal transfers within Skrill was set at 0.5 euros.
By the way, the upper limit for internal transfer fees, if I remember correctly, was 100 euros about a year ago, after which the promotion of 0.5 euros started.
Now, it seems that the promotional budgets have been exhausted, and rebranding is not free, so they need to start earning again, as internal transfers are, in my opinion, the main source of income for the payment system. So it all makes sense.
Moreover, according to the information in the letter, the new Skrill fees will come into effect within 60 days from September 12.
